纳洛酮对急性呼吸衰竭患者呼吸力学、肺功能、氧代谢及D-二聚体的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the Naloxone on respiratorymechanics,lung function,oxygen metabolism and D-dimer in patients with acute respiratory failure.M ethods 110 patients with acute respiratory failure treated by our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015 were selected as object.Patientswere randomly and evenly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was treated by conventional method,while observation group was treated with Naloxone on the basis of control group.After treatment,respiratorymechanics,lung function,oxygenmetabolism index and D-dimer level in patientswas detected and compared respectively.Results After 3 days and 5 days treatment,the respiratorymechanics,pulmonary function and oxygenmetabolism index between two groups had significant difference(P＜0.05);D-dimer level of improvement degree in observation group was significantly better than control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Naloxone can obviously improve the respiratorymechanics,lung function,and oxygen metabolism and other index.It isworth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
