腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石治疗胆囊结石的可行性及安全性

Abstract Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis.M ethods 78 patients with cholecystolithiasis from August 2014 to March 2016 in our hospitalwere selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the ID number of odd and even numbers,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with choledochoscope,the observation group was treated with laparoscope combined with choledochoscope.The surgical indexes and postoperative recovery indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the diet recovery time,the gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complication between the two groups(P＞0.05).The gallbladderwall thickness and gallbladder contractile function at 1,6,12months after operation in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The scores of quality of life at 1,6,12 months after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion The application of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis is safe and feasible,which can promote the recovery of gallbladder function and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery,it isworthy of clinical popularization and application.
