心理护理对口腔颌面外科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To analyze the psychological status of patients with malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial surgery,and to explore the influence of psychological nursing on the life quality of patientswithmalignant tumor in oral andmaxillofacial surgery.M ethods49 patientswithmalignant tumor oforalandmaxillofacial surgery from February 2013 to February 2016 in our hospitalwere selected as the research subjects,the incidence of anxiety and fear,and the quality of life scores were investigated,and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing were investigated.Results 49 patients had psychological problems of different aspects anxiety,fear,denial and doubts,despair,dependence,the incidence rate of nursing psychological problems in all aspects decreased significantly after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).The scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function of patients after nursingwas higher than those before nursing,with significant difference(P＜0.05).In the 49 patients,21 cases(42.86％)were very satisfied,18 cases(36.73％)were satisfactory,8 cases(16.33％)were in general,and 2 cases(4.08％)were not satisfactory,the total satisfaction rate was 95.92％.Conclusion In the treatment process ofmalignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial surgery,there are the adverse psychologicalmood such as anxiety,fear,dependence of different degree and types,psychological nursing is important to improve the psychological status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
