Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of painless delivery technology in clinical delivery of obstetrics. Methods A total of 120 women who gave birth to our hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 were selected, they were divided into observation group and control group according to the willingness of the mother to give birth, 60 cases in each group. The observation group underwent painless delivery techniques, and the control group underwent routine delivery techniques, the analgesic efficacy, duration of labor, and delivery outcomes of the two groups of women were compared. Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The first labor time and total labor time of the observation group were shorter those the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Use of painless delivery technology in clinical obstetrics, it can effectively reduce the pain of childbirth, improve the outcome of delivery and reduce the time of labor, and can be used in clinical practice.
