Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of full-course nursing mode on promoting breastfeeding.Methods From January to October in 2018, 200 women who gave birth in our hospital were selected as study objects.The patients were divided into observation group (n=100) and control group (n=100) according to the principle of randomization.The observation group was given full-course nursing mode, the control group was given routine nursing.The knowledge of breastfeeding related to maternal feeding and the breastfeeding rate were comprehensively evaluated.Results After nursing, the observation group, the maternal scores on breastfeeding, milking, feeding skills, nutrition knowledge, breast care, etc.were higher than those of the control group with statistical differences (P<0.05).The breastfeeding rates at 1,3, and 6 months after maternal nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The full-course nursing can enhance the maternal knowledge of breastfeeding and promote breastfeeding, which is worthy of promotion and application.
