Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of targeted nursing with cardiopulmonary resuscitation with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated of cardiac arrest. Methods A total of 80 cases with cardiac arrest with AMI admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group were implemented the nursing intervention for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, while the control group were received routine nursing, mainly including opening vein according to the doctor′s advice and implementing chest external cardiac compression. Then the changes of blood lactic acid level and myocardial enzyme level in the two groups during the intervention process (before, 30 min after and 6 h after the intervention) and 24 h after the intervention were compared, the occurrence of arrhythmia during cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the two groups was counted, and the recovery effect in the two groups was analyzed. Results 30 min and 6 h after the intervention, the blood lactic acid level in the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).24 h after the intervention, the lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) levels in myocardial enzyme indexes in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).During cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the life-threatening arrhythmias in the observation group, such as ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia and atrioventricular block were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The success rate of resuscitation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for patients with cardiac arrest after AMI can reduce the level of lactic acid, reduce the incidence of myocardial injury and complications, and improve the success rate.
