Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluatethe effect of Blue-wick cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in pre-hospital care for patients with cardiac arrest.Methods60 cases of patients with cardiac arrest in our hospitalwere recruited from February 2017 to February 2018.Patients were randomly divided into manual compression cardiopulmonary resuscitation group and Blue-wick cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine cardiopulmonary resuscitation group,30 cases in each group. The cardiopulmonary resuscitation effects of two group were compared.ResultsThe cardiopulmonary resuscitation time, and heart rate recovery time of treatment groups were(13.46±2.33)min and(4.94±0.62)min respectively, while the control group were(28.91±4.27)min and(8.01±2.32)min.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment of 5 min, there were no significant difference of PaO2,SaO2,PaCO2between the two groups(P>0.05).After 10 and 15 min treatment, the PaO2and SaO2of treatment groups were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the PaCO2was significantly lower (P<0.05).The success rate of recovery in treatment group was 46.67%(14/30),significantly higher than that the control group [20.00% (6/30)].The incidence of complications was 6.67%(2/30),significantly lower than that the control group [26.67% (8/30),(P<0.05)].ConclusionUsing Blue-wick cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in the pre-hospital care, can, shorten the recovery time of heart rate, improve the blood gas index, enhance the success rate ofcardiopulmonary resuscitation, reduce the incidence of complications. The application prospect of Blue-wickcardiopulmonary resuscitation machineis wide.
