ObjectiveTo explore the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage before treatment.MethodsA total of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital the emergency center from February 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects, and the patients were divided into observation group and experimental group,30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group receivedfirst aid treatment in the hospital. After receiving the first aid treatment, the patients in the experimental group received the first aid treatment in the hospital. The treatment effect, the occurrence probability of the complication and the neurological defect were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, the effective rate(83.33%)was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(50.00%).The complication rate(33.34%)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(50.00%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological function score[(31.98±5.67)points]in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group[(20.94±2.64)points],which was statistically significant.ConclusionIntracerebral hemorrhage in patients with pre-hospital treatment can significantly improve the prognosis of the effect, especially for reducing the mortality rate of patients, the incidence of complications and brain function neurological deficits have a significant effect,it is worth further hospital emergency measures to improve promotion.
