Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultra-early minimally invasive puncture drainage operation on patients with cerebral hemorrhage in base subregion. Methods 108 patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage, from October 2015 to October 2016,were divided into two groups, control group (54 patients were used routine treatment),the observation group (54 patients were used super early minimally invasive puncture drainage surgery). Results The patients of observation group after treatment of hematoma size [(35.01±4.15) ml],daily life ability score [(90.18±3.45) scores],loss of neurological function score (85.28±2.19) scores was better than that of control group [(30.20±1.18) ml,(7.29±3.18) scores],(15.45±6.28) scores](P<0.05),patients of the observation group of recurrence in 4 cases,no recurrence of 50 cases of patients with recurrence, the recurrence rate (7.40%) was lower than that of the control group (18.52%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Through the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the base of base region,it can promote the rapid recovery of patients and deserve further promotion and application.
