Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of targeted nursing intervention on mental state and recovery in uterine fibroid patients.Methods A total of 76 cases of uterine fibroid patient treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,while the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The mental state,postoperative gastrointestinal recovery,postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction,quality of life scale (QOL) in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) in observation group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sound,defection time,eating time in observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of vaginal bleeding,urinary system infection,incision infection,abdominal pain and distention in observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction and QOL scores in observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for uterine fibroid patients can relieve anxiety,reduce postoperative complications,promote recovery,increase nursing satisfaction and living quality,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
