Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the psychological state of patients with hip replacement surgery and reducing postoperative complications. Methods A total of 120 cases of hip replacement in department of orthopedics were systematically reviewed from January 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital.According to different nursing methods, all of the patients were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Each group had 60 patients. The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. One month later, the anxiety, depression and the hip function before and after the nursing intervention were compared and the overall incidence of complications was counted. Results After the intervention, the self-rating depression scale (SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)scores of all patients decreased, and the hip function scores increased, after the intervention, the SDS and SAS of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the hip function score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the total incidence of surgical complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological state of patients with hip replacement surgery and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. The clinical effect is significant. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
