循证护理在急性重症胰腺炎患者护理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨循证护理在急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）患者护理中的应用效果，为SAP患者的护理质量管理提供理论依据。方法选取2014年1月～2016年12月在我院治疗的60例SAP患者作为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予循证护理，比较两组的并发症发生率、住院时间、护理效果和护理满意度情况。结果观察组的并发症发生率（6.7%）低于对照组（23.3%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组的住院时间[（5.7±1.2）d]短于对照组[（10.4±1.5）d]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理优良率和护理总满意度分别为96.7%和93.3%，高于对照组的80.0%和73.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论循证护理在SAP患者护理中可降低并发症，缩短治疗时间，提高护理效果和护理满意度，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）,to provide theoretical basis for nursing quality management of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016,60 patients with SAP in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.In the control group patients were given routine nursing,and in the observation group patients were given evidencebased nursing.The complications,hospitalization time,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group (6.7%)was lower than that in the control group (23.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The hospitalization time in the observation group([5.7±1.2]days)was shorter than that in the control group ([10.4±1.5]days),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The rate of nursing excellence and total satisfaction in the observation group were 96.7%and 93.3%,higher than that in the control group (80.0%and 73.3%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can reduce complications,shorten treatment time,improve the nursing effect and the nursing satisfaction in the nursing of patients with SAP,and worthy of clinical application.
