Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in patients undergoing hepatolithiasis surgery.Methods From October 2016 to March 2018,68 patients with hepatolith surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object,they were divided into control group (n=34),foresee group (n=34)according to the different nursing mode.The control group was adopted routine nursing intervention,the foresee group was take predictive nursing intervention based on routine nursing care,treatment effect,adverse reactions and clinical situation were compared between two groups.Results The total nursing efficiency of the predictive group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the foreseeing group were significantly shorter than that of the reference group,and the intraoperative transfusion volume and blood loss were significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the predictive group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing for patients with hepatolithiasis can effectively improve the nursing effect and clinical situation.
