Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of four-handed nursing intervention on the treatment time and satisfaction of patients with CAD/CAM all-ceramic restoration. Methods From June 2016 to June 2018, 154 cases of CAD/CAM all-ceramic repair patients in our hospital were selected. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 77 cases in each group. The control group was given the chairside CAD/CAM all-ceramic restoration care, while the study group was given four hands-on nursing intervention. The psychological status and treatment time of the two groups before and after intervention were observed, and the repair effect and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. Results The treatment time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). The SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The repair rate and total satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Four-handed nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with CAD/CAM all-ceramic restoration, shorten the treatment time, enhance the repair effect, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of popularization and application.
