Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of perioperative comprehensive nursing in the treatment of limb soft tissue defects with perforator flap transplantation. Methods Eighty-four patients with percutaneous soft tissue defects who underwent perforator flap transplantation in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled.According to the order to visiting doctors, they were divided into the observation group(n=42)and the control group(n=42).In the control group, routine nursing was used, and in the observation group, comprehensive nursing was adopted. The total effectiveness rate, occurrence of complications, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the total effectiveness rate was 95.24%,significantly higher than that of the control group, accounting for 78.87% (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During perioperative period of perforator flap transplantation to repair soft tissue defect of four limbs, comprehensive nursing intervention can consolidate the treatment effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and increase patient′s nursing satisfaction.
