Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with ulcerative colitis with anxiety. Methods Sixty-four patients with ulcerative colitis with anxiety who were admitted into our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group (n=32)according to the randon number table method. The control group was given the routine nursing methods while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing methods. The total effective rate of treatment, anxiety score and nursing satisfaction degree score of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing measures in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis with anxiety can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, reduce the anxiety symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life level of patients to a certain extent, and have a higher clinical value.
