手术室优质护理干预对多囊卵巢综合征腹腔镜术后患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响

摘要目的探讨手术室优质护理干预对多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）腹腔镜术后患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2015年12月～2017年11月于江西省乐平市中医院行PCOS腹腔镜手术的患者68例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各34例。对照组给予常规手术室护理，研究组在对照组的基础上给予手术室优质护理干预。比较两组手术前后焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛。结果两组术前1 d的抑郁自量表（SDS）、焦虑自评表（SAS）评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后7 d的SDS、SAS评分均明显降低，且研究组SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组术后24 h高度、重度疼痛率明显低于对照组，中度、轻度疼痛率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组术后72 h重度、中度疼痛率明显低于对照组，轻度疼痛、无痛率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论手术室优质护理干预用于PCOS腹腔镜手术临床效果显著，能显著改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on anxiety and depression and postoperative pain in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)after laparoscopic surgery.Methods From December 2015 to November 2017,68 patients with PCOS underwent laparoscopic surgery in Leping City TCM Hospital of Jiangxi Province were randomly divided into study group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the study group was given quality nursing intervention in operation room based on the control group.Anxiety and depression before and after operation and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups on the 1st day before operation (P＞0.05）;On the 7th day after operation,the scores of SAS in the study group were significantly lower than before operation(P<0.05）,and the scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05）.The rate of severe pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group 24 hours after operation (P<0.05）.The rate of moderate and mild pain was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05）.The rate of severe and moderate pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 72 hours after operation,and the rate of mild pain and painless was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention in operating room in the laparoscopic surgery of polycystic ovary syndrome is very effective.It can significantly improve the anxiety,depression and postoperative pain in patients with PCOS.It is worthy of clinical application.
