Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of humanistic care on nursing satisfaction and quality of life in patients with rectal cancer.Methods90 cases of rectal cancer treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine professional nursing of perioperative colorectal cancer,and the experimental group was given humanistic nursing and care on this basis.The SF-36 quality of life scale was used to evaluate and compare the differences of quality of life.At the same time,the self-made questionnaire of nursing satisfaction in our hospital was used to survey and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.ResultsQuality of life index of patients of two groups after treatment was improved significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the quality of life index score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe humanistic nursing care has an obvious effect on improving quality of life and improving nursing satisfaction in the patients with rectal cancer,which is suitable for promotion.
