Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of non-traumatic repair technology treating elderly dental caries.MethodsFrom November 27,2015 to March 22,2017,66 elderly patients with dental caries treated in our hospital were selected to study, and they were divided into the control group(n=33)and observation group(n=33)according to different treatment methods. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given nontraumatic repair technology.he clinical effects, quality of life and the satisfaction degree of patients were observed in the two groups.ResultsThe success rate in the observation group for 3 and 6 months treatment was 100.00%and 96.97%respectively,which were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the score of social relation, material life, physiological function and mental status in the observation group was(84.11±3.09),(86.05±2.97),(85.09±3.11)points,and(80.69±2.77)points respectively, which were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.97%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of nontraumatic repair technology treating elderly dental caries is better.
