Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of early hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods Fifty-five patients with severe craniocerebral trauma treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as observation group for study. They were provided with early hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive therapy.Another group of 55 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were classified into control group during the same period. The conventional treatment mode was applied. The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was 96.37% in the observation group, and it was obviously higher than that of the control group (81.82%) (P<0.05).The score of GCS and ADL before and after treatment were displayed statistical differences in two groups (P<0.05).The score of GCS and ADL after therapy in the observation group were better than those in the control group with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe craniocerebral trauma, effect of early hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive therapy is remarkable by improving patients′ quality of life.It is an optimal treatment mode and is worthy of implementation and promotion.
