Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the recovery effect of postpartum pelvic floor muscle training on pelvic floor function.MethodsFrom July 16,2015 to June 16,2017,400 puerperae with pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital were evenly divided into two groups by drawing lots,200 cases in each group. The traditional training guidance was applied in control group, and comprehensive pelvic floor muscle training was applied in observation group. The functional recovery of pelvic floor and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the observation group, the fatigue degree of muscle fiber in grade Ⅱ in pelvic floor was(-0.01±0.01)%,and(-0.03±0.01)%in gradeⅠ muscle fiber of pelvic floor. The incidence of pelvic organ prolapse(2.00%)and urinary incontinence(2.50%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The muscle voltage of gradeⅠandⅡ muscle fiber of pelvic floor were(8.45±1.35)μV and(8.63±1.24)μV.The rates of muscle strength in levels 4 and 5 by hand checking were 78.00%and 16.00%.The treatment compliance rate was reached 99.00%in the observation group. All these indexes mentioned above were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor puerpera suffering from postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, implementation of comprehensive pelvic floor muscle training can decrease the incidence of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, and improve muscle fiber fatigue.
