Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis with Alteplase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.MethodsA total of 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted into our hospital from April 2015 to May 2017 were collected. The patients were divided into the observation group (n=47)and the control group (n=45)according to whether they were thrombolyzed in the thrombolytic time window.Intravenous thrombolysis with Alteplase and routine treatment was given respectively. The curative effect,NIHSS score and incidence rate of adverse events were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 93.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.8%)(χ2=4.7533,P=0.0292).The scores of 2 h,24 h,14 d and 3 months of thrombolysis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.3%,which was lower than that of the control group(22.2%)(χ2=6.5429,P<0.05).ConclusionIntravenous thrombolysis treatment of Alteplase can effectively reduce the degree of neurological deficit in the patients with acute ischemic stroke, reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve prognosis. The clinical effect is significant, which is worthy of reference.
