中医定向透药治疗联合布地奈德雾化佐治支气管肺炎的临床效果分析

摘要目的探讨中医定向透药治疗联合布地奈德雾化佐治支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年10月～2016年10月收治的支气管肺炎患者196例，将其随机分为两组。对照组98例实施布地奈德雾化疗法，观察组98例实施中医定向透药治疗联合布地奈德雾化疗法。结果治疗后，两组的C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、中医症状与体征积分降低，观察组治疗后的C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、中医症状与体征积分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、气喘消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论中医定向透药治疗联合布地奈德雾化佐治支气管肺炎的效果显著且安全性高。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effect of Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy combined with Budesonide atomization treating auxiliarily bronchopneumonia.Methods196 patients with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups.98 patients treated Budesonide atomization were selected as the control group while 98 patients treated chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy combined with Budesonide atomization were selected as the observation group.ResultsAfter treatment,C reactive protein,white blood cell count,TCM symptoms and signs integral were decreased in the two groups and the above-mentioned indexes in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,cough disappeared time,wheezing disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in theincidenceofadversereactionsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).ConclusionChinesemedicinedirectionaldrugpenetration therapy combined with Budesonide atomization have significant effect in treatment for bronchopneumonia and high safety.
