Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the nursing effect of the application of interactive standard theory in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods71 patients with bipolar disorder treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected and according to nusing method,they were divided into control group (34 cases,routine nursing intervention),research group(37 cases,interactive nursing theory),and nursing effect was evaluated.ResultsThe control group of patients with medication compliance rate of 76.47%,was lower than that the study group 94.59%(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction score[(95.4±2.7)points]was lower than that the study group[(96.8±1.3)points](P<0.05),scores of known disease knowledge(46.1±2.2)points was lower than that the disease study group[(47.6±1.4)points](P<0.05),quality of life score[(93.8±3.6)points]was lower than that the study group [(96.1±2.7)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality of the two groups before nursing had no statistial difference (P>0.05).ConclusionInteractive standard theory applied in clinical nursing of patients with bipolar disorder,improving patient medication adherence rate and disease knowledge,conducive to the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients to establish and improve the quality of life,has the important function and meaning.
