Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of intensive Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 92 inpatients with acute cerebral infarction treated in department from May 2013 to June 2015 were collected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, and there were 46 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the observation group was treated with 40 mg Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets and the control group was treated with 20 mg Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets.Clinical effect was evaluated by the change of NIHSS after treating. Results C-reactive protein,LDL-C and TC level were obviously decreased in two groups after 14 days and 3 months treatment compared with before treatment, and the decline level in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).HDL-C level were increased in two groups after treatment, and the elevated level in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 1,3,6,12 months, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group (95.65%) was higher than that of the control group (78.26%),and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.87% in the observation group and it was 13.04% in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of intensive Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is exact and it can reduce inflammation, rapidly drop the blood lipid level and improve the prognosis. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
