Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of C reactive protein (CRP)combined with blood routine detection in infectious diseases in pediatric respiratory tract.Methods124 cases of respiratory tract infection in children from March 2016 to April 2017 treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,according to the different test methods,all patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,62 cases in each group.The control group was carried out the blood routine detection,the observation group was carried out the blood routine combined with CRP detection,the detection results and the treatment of the two groups were compared.ResultsIn the children of the observation group,12 cases(19.35%)were CRP≤8 mg/L,20 cases(32.26%)with CRP>8 mg/L,46 cases(74.19%)with WBC and CRP increase simultaneously.In the control group,there were 14 cases(22.58%)of WBC increase,and 10 cases (16.13%)with WBC reduction.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.38%,which was higher than that of the control group of 79.03%,with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe combined application of blood routine and CRP in the detection of respiratory tract infection in pediatrics can improve the accuracy of bacterial infection.In addition,the assessment and treatment of the infection degree of understanding of the situation also has application value,can ensure the clinical rational use of drugs,so it is worthy of further promotion in clinical inspection work in pediatrics.
