Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation between CT imaging characteristics, intracranial pressure and prognosis after moderate and severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 50 patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study objects.Head CT scan and intracranial pressure examination were performed,at the same time, the CT imaging characteristics and intracranial pressure were recorded. After the Rotterdam CT score, statistical analysis was performed on the above factors. Results There was a significant correlation between Rotterdam CT score, intraventricular compression, midline shift, basal cistern and intracranial pressure (r=0.838,0.573,-0.624,0.569,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000).The difference between good prognosis group and poor prognosis group in intracranial pressure for 24 h,Rotterdam CT score and basal cistern was statistically significant (P<0.05),and ventricular compression and midline shift between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion In terms of prognosis and intracranial pressure in patients with moderate to severe craniocerebral injury, intracranial pressure and prognosis of patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral injury are negatively correlated.Rotterdam CT score is significantly higher than that of single CT imaging characteristics. The intracranial pressure of patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral injury should be measured and the implementation of relevant treatment measures should be given at the same time, which is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
