Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of reproductive prognosis in infertility caused by intrauterine factors.Methods46 cases of infertility caused by intrauterine factors treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects.The operation for the above patients was performed under the assistance of hysteroscopy.The proportion of intrauterine factors in patients with hysteroscopy before and after treatment was recorded,and the prognosis of the patients was evaluated.ResultsThe proportion of endometrial polyps,polypoid hyperplasia and intrauterine adhesions in patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 46 cases of patients,the pregnancy rate was 73.9%,the abortion rate was 20.0%,the preterm birth rate or the pregnancy rate was 6.5%.ConclusionHysteroscopy assisted surgery for infertility caused by intrauterine factors,can significantly improve the patient′s pregnancy outcome,enhance the patient′s reproductive prognosis,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical research.
