Abstract：Objective To study the influence of application of combination of Azithromycin and Cefuroxime on the curative effect and outcome of pregnancy complicated with Mycoplasma and Chlamydia infections.Methods Altogether 200 patients with positive Mycoplasma and Chlamydia who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group (n=100) and treatment group (n=100).Patients in control group were only treated with Azithromycin (intravenous injection,oral administration);patients in treatment group were treated with combination of Cefuroxime and Azithromycin on the basis of control group (Intravenous injection,oral administration).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 100%,higher than that of control group (86%,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group and control group was 10% and 12%,without statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Among patients in treatment group,there were 5 cases of premature births,5 cases of premature rupture of membranes and 2 cases of abortions;among patients in control group,there were 11 cases of premature births,11 cases of premature rupture of membranes and 7 cases of abortions.The difference of pregnancy outcomes between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of combination of Azithromycin and Cefuroxime in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with Mycoplasma and Chlamydia infections achieves good effect and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which improves the outcome of pregnancy.
