Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the perioperative and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic surgery. Methods Altogether 66 cases of patients who underwent ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 24th 2015 to April 24th 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group were given perioperative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The operation index, length of hospital stay, the anxiety and quaity of sleep before and after nursing were compared two groups. Results The operation time, anal exhaust time, ambulation time and length of hospital stay in the obaervation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences among the scores of SAS and PSQI in two groups (P>0.05);after nursing, the scores SAS and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery can shorten the operation time, anal exhaust time, ambulation time and length of hospital stay, relieve patients′negative emotion, improve nursing quality and promote postoperative recovery.
