Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of gastric cancer patients with with most gastric excision.Methods A total of 90 gastric cancer patients who were performed most gastric excision were selected as the subjects from July 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to the odevity of patients′ admission number,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,while the patients in observation group were treated with psychological care on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,postoperative complication and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was lower in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention was carried out on the gastric cancer patients with most gastric excision basis on the routine nursing care,effect is remarkable,it is beneficial to stabilize the patients′ bad psychology,reduce complications,shorten hospitalization time,improve the quality of life,is worthy of application.
