Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical value of CT enhanced crown coronal reconstruction in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.MethodsA total of 200 patients with suspected gastric cancer from January to December in 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were scanned with ordinary CT,the patients in the observation group were analyzed by enhanced CT.The diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe diagnostic accuracy rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The accuracy of gastric staging in the observation group was relatively higher,in the observation group, the details of the patient′s stomach tumor shape and the relationship between the surrounding organs and other details can be combed clearly. In addition, the degree of metastasis of the patients with gastric cancer can also be more carefully observed.ConclusionThe use of gastric CT enhanced crown coronal reconstruction in the diagnosis of gastric cancer is relatively high accuracy, which was significantly better than that ordinary CT scan, can accurately determine the patient′s disease type.
