Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of system nursing intervention on the curative effect,adverse psychological and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis complicated with gastric ulcer.Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis complicated with gastric ulcer in our hospital from March 23th 2015 to March 23th 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given system care interventions.The treatment effect,self-management ability,quality of life and anxiety and depression degree were compared between two groups.Results The HP negative rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the adverse event rate was lower than that in the control group,clinical symptoms disappear time was shorter than that in the control group,self-management ability was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of indexes in quality of life and SAS,SDS in two groups (P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of indexes in quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention has significant effect in patients with chronic gastritis complicated with gastric ulcer,which can improve the quality of life of patients,improve anxiety and depression in patients,improve patient compliance,HP negative rate and self-management ability score.
