Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods81 patients with chronic gastric ulcer from January 2015 to April 2016 were selected and were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(41 cases)according to random comprehensive sequential method.The control group was treated with general nursing,and the observation group was used targeted nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect of two groups were observed.ResultsThe disease recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were respectively 4.9%and 97.6%,obvious better than 30.0%and 72.5%in control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).A large number of reflux problems occurred in the experimental group was 0.0%,and which was 75.0%in control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of targeted nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer is prominent and worth popularizing.
