Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of high flux hemodialysis on parathyroid hormone clearance in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and discuss nursing experience.MethodsFrom January to December 2016,94 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis combined with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with high flux hemodialysis combined with comfortable nursing. The effect of parathyroid hormone removal after hemodialysis in two groups was observed and compared, and the nursing effect was discussed.ResultsAfter treatment, there was no significant difference in serum calcium level and clearance rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and the clearance rate of blood phosphorus in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The parathyroid hormone levels in the control group were higher than those in the observation group, and the clearance rate of parathyroid hormone was lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group(97.87%)was obviously better than that in the control group(76.6%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High flux hemodialysis has good clinical effect on parathyroid hormone removal in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and the related nursing measures also have positive effects on the curative effect of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
