Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of postoperative nursing in patients with obese cancer by infusion portimplantation.MethodsFrom October 2013 to September 2014,35 obese cancer patients performed with infusion port implantation in our hospital were selected as control group.The clinical nursing problems were retrospectively analyzed.From October 2014 to December 2015,20 obese cancer patients treated in our hospital were selected into observation group.After optimized the nursing method in these patients with infusion portimplantation,the incidence of adverse events and patients′satisfaction were compared in the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction score in the observation group was much higher compared with that in the control group with statistical(P<0.05).ConclusionOptimized nursing for patients with implanted venous infusion port can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the patient′s satisfaction.
