全程优质护理模式对初产妇分娩质量、泌乳功能、满意度及舒适度的影响研究

摘要目的研究全程优质护理模式对初产妇分娩质量、泌乳功能、满意度及舒适度的影响。方法选取我院2017年4～6月收治的320例初产妇，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，采用抽签法将其随机分成两组，每组各160例。对照组初产妇采用常规专业护理，观察组采用全程优质护理模式实施干预，比较两组初产妇的分娩质量、泌乳功能、满意度及舒适度。结果观察组初产妇剖宫产率为10.00%，明显低于对照组的33.13%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组初产妇产后泌乳始动时间明显低于对照组，产后48 h泌乳量评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组初产妇护理满意度为95.63%，明显优于对照组的85.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组初产妇舒适度评分为（107.23±6.35），明显高于对照组的（85.31±5.29）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用全程优质护理服务模式对初产妇实施护理干预能有效提高产妇分娩质量，改善泌乳功能，提升护理满意度和舒适度，效果显著，值得推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effects of high quality nursing mode in whole process on the quality of delivery,lactation,satisfaction and comfort in primiparae.MethodsA total of 320 primiparae were selected from April to June 2017 in our hospital.The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.By drawing lots,they were evenly divided into two groups in random,160 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing for primipara was provided,while in the observation group,the whole high quality nursing mode as an intervention was adopted.The quality of delivery,lactation,satisfaction and comfort of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe rate of cesarean section in primiparae in the observation group was 10.00%,significantly lower than that in the control group accounting for 33.13%with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).The initial time of postpartum lactation in the observation group was quite shorter compared with that in the control group(P＜0.05).The 48 h postpartum milk yield was significantly higher in the observation group than that the control group with a statistical difference （P＜0.05）.The nursing satisfaction was 95.63%in the observation group,was higher than that in the control group accounting for 85.00%(P＜0.05).The comfort score in the observation group was(107.23±6.35)points,which was superior to that in the control group(85.31±5.29)points,which displayed statistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionApplication of high quality nursing mode in whole process as a nursing intervention for primiparae can effectively improve the quality of maternal delivery,ameliorate the lactation function,enhance nursing satisfaction and comfort,and it is worthy of promotion.
