系统护理干预在甲状腺切除术患者护理中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨系统护理干预在甲状腺切除术患者护理中的应用价值。方法选择2016年1月~2017年3月在我院接受甲状腺切除术患者136例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（n=68）和对照组（n=68）。对照组患者接受常规护理方案，观察组在对照护理的基础上接受系统护理干预措施。评价两组患者的抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分，记录并发症的发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后观察组的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后的并发症的发生率为19.11%，显著低于对照组（41.18%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意度为97.08%，显著高于对照组的86.76%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论系统护理干预能减轻患者的焦虑状态，提高患者治疗满意度，对患者的顺利康复具有重要意义。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of nursing intervention in the nursing of patients in thyroidectomy.Methods Patients of 136 cases received thyroidectomy treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group (n=68) and control group (n=68) according to random number method.The control group received routine nursing program,and the observation group received systematic nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control nursing.The self rating depression scale (SDS) and self rating anxiety scale (SAS) score of the two groups were evaluated,and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were recorded.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those before the nursing care,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The incidence of complications after nursing in the observation group (19.11%） was significantly lower than that in the control group (41.18%）,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction of the observation group after nursing (97.08%） was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.76%）,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can reduce the anxiety state of patients and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients,which is of great significance for the rehabilitation of patients.
