人文护理关怀在肾结石手术患者中的应用效果

摘要目的分析人文护理关怀对肾结石手术患者健康知识和护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2016年5月25日～2017年6月28日收治的100例肾结石手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（采取常规护理干预）和观察组（实施人文护理关怀），每组各50例。比较两组患者健康知识满意评分和手术治疗依从性以及住院时间、护理满意度、心理状态评分。结果观察组患者健康知识满意评分[（95.65±1.23）分]、手术治疗依从性评分[（96.68±1.15）分]、住院时间[（6.23±1.02）d]显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度为98.00%，高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者心理状态评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对肾结石手术患者实施人文护理关怀，可使其健康知识得分提高，能改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，提高护理满意度，值得研究推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of humanistic care on health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients with renal calculi surgery.Methods100 cases of renal stone surgery patients admitted to our hospital from May 25,2016 to June 28,2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing intervention)and observation group (implementation of humanistic care care),50 cases in each group.The health knowledge satisfaction score and the compliance of the two groups were compared，and the time of hospitalization,the satisfaction of nursing and the mental state were compared.ResultsThe scores of health knowledge satisfaction([95.65±1.23])score,surgical treatment compliance score([96.68±1.15])score and hospitalization time([6.23±1.02]d)in the observation group were significantly better than that those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 98%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The mental state score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionHumanistic care for patients with renal calculi surgery can improve their health knowledge score,and improve their anxiety and depression,and improve their satisfaction.
