Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with ischemic stroke.MethodsFrom September 2015 to October 2016,100 patients with ischemic stroke in acute stage were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general clinical therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation nursing;the observation group in the control group on the basis of was used the joint rehabilitation nursing,including Medium frequency electrotherapy,the air pressure wave therapy,electronic biofeedback treatment.The recovery of exercise ability(FMA)and the recovery of daily living ability(ADL)were observed in the two groups before and after the nursing care,and the nursing effect was evaluated.ResultsFMA score of the observation group was(22.1±8.1)points,ADL score was(38.1±8.5)points before treatment and the control group were(21.7±18.9),(37.7+8.4)points,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after rehabilitation nursing,FMA score of the observation group was(74.6±24.4)points,ADL score was(74.6±10.4)points and FMA score of the control group was(64.7±21.5)points,ADL score was(66.6±6.4)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for the patients with ischemic stroke has good clinical efficacy,the exercise ability and self-care ability of the patients have been improved effectively,and the clinical application value is higher.
