预防干预在控制艾滋病流行中的作用

摘要目的分析预防干预在控制艾滋病流行中的作用。方法选择2015年10月～2016年10月在我疾病预防控制中心所属社区的50名居民，并对选取的调查对象进行艾滋病知识相关的问卷调查，对调查人员进行艾滋病传染原因和预防措施的健康知识讲座等预防干预措施，通过比较采取预防干预措施之前和预防干预措施之后研究对象对艾滋病知识的了解程度和对艾滋病患者的态度，分析和比较预防干预在控制艾滋病流行中的作用。结果采取预防干预后群众对艾滋病知识的知晓率（92%）显著高于干预前（56%），预防干预后不歧视艾滋病患者的比率（82%）显著高于干预前（52%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过健康宣教和调查问卷等方预防干预能够增加人们对艾滋病的了解，减少对艾滋病患者的歧视，对艾滋病的预防和控制有着非常重要的作用和意义。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the role of prevention intervention in controlling AIDS epidemic.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 50 residents of the community affected by the CDC were selected and AIDS survey was conducted on the selected subjects. The causes and preventive measures of HIV/AIDS were investigated for the investigators Health care lectures and other preventive interventions to analyze and compare the role of preventive interventions in the control of HIV/AIDS by comparing the degree of awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge and the attitude towards HIV/AIDS among participants after prevention interventions and prevention interventions.Results After prevention intervention,the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge (92%) was significantly higher than before intervention (56%). The rate of non-discrimination against AIDS patients after intervention (82%) was significantly higher than before intervention (52%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive intervention through health education and questionnaire can increase people's understanding of AIDS, reduce discrimination against AIDS patients, and have a very important role and significance to AIDS prevention and control.
