Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of nursing intervention on the satisfaction of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.MethodsFrom September 2015 to March 2017,in our hospital underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of 96 patients,according to admission order single day which were randomly divided into observation group (n=48)and control group (n=48),the control group was given routine nursing care,observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of control group,nursing satisfaction,patients with complications,anxiety and depression were compared.ResultsDepression and anxiety score comparison of the two groups showed no significant difference before nursing intervention(P>0.05),after nursing intervention,observation group′s depression score[(38.69±4.32)points]and anxiety score[(39.05±4.18)points]were significantly lower than the control group[(46.25±4.78)and(47.14±4.42)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group[97.92%(47/48)]was significantly higher than the control group[85.42%(41/48)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group[10.42%(5/48)]was significantly lower than the control group[29.17%(14/48)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve the patient′s bad psychological emotion,reduce the incidence of complications,improve postoperative patient satisfaction with nursing.
