腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果

摘要目的观察和探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗卵巢囊肿的的临床效果。方法选取2015年1～12月我院收治的72例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象，按照随机化区组设计将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各36例。观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗，对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状改善程度、血清性激素水平以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为88.9%，显著高于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的复发率为11.1%，显著低于对照组的33.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的腰骶坠胀、性交痛以及痛经等的改善程度都显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后1年，观察组患者的FSH、LH、E2及P等性激素水平均显著低于本组术前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组患者的FSH、E2及P水平低于对照组，LH水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果确切，可以有效改善临床症状，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe and investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with medication in the treatment of ovarian cysts.MethodsA total of 72 patients with ovarian cyst who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by randomized block design,with 36 patients in each group.The observation group was given laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone,and the control group was given laparoscopic surgery.The clinical effect,the improvement of clinical symptoms,serum sex hormone levels and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 88.9%,which was significantly higher than 66.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 11.1%,which was significantly lower than the 33.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The improvement of lumbar sacral dilation,coital pain and dysmenorrhea in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The sex hormone levels of FSH,LH,E2and P of patients in the observation group 1 year postoperatively were significantly lower than before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of FSH,E2and P of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of LH was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with Gestrinone in the treatment of ovarian cysts is significant,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,and the adverse reactions is less,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
