Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of laparoscope treating adult urachal fistula.MethodsFrom January 2011 to May 2017,30 adults with urachal fistula treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College were selected and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=15)and control group(n=15).The experimental group was given laparoscopic resection of urachus, whilde the control group was given open UF resection.ResultsThe operation time in the experimental group was(35.4±4.2)min,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(56.1±6.2)min],and the time to be off bed after surgery in the experimental group was(1.20±0.52)d,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(2.50±0.64)d],and the complete recovery time was(4.30±0.84)d in the experimental group, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(10.50±1.32)d)(P<0.05).The intraoperative amount of bleeding in the experimental group was(6.2±00.54)ml,which was fewer than that in the control group[(25.60±3.45)ml],and the total effective rate of the experimental group (100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the incision infection rate in the experimental group was 0,which was lower than that of the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscopic surgery treating UF has the advantages of short operation time, fast recovery, few bleeding, low incision infection rate, and high therapeutic effective rate, which is worthy of extensive promotion in clinic.
