综合护理干预在卵巢囊肿手术患者围术期的应用价值

摘要目的探讨综合护理干预在卵巢囊肿手术患者围术期的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月~2017年7月我院的60例应用手术治疗卵巢囊肿的患者作为研究对象。所有患者根据护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给予妇科常规护理，观察组按照综合护理干预进行护理。观察两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组手术时间[(74.77±27.56) min]短于对照组[(102.50±45.76) min]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术中出血量[(52.67±42.38) ml]少于对照组[(78.83±49.53) ml]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组住院时间[(4.07±0.73) d]短于对照组[(5.70±1.22) d]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意率（93.33%）明显高于对照组（73.33%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论运用综合护理干预可有效地减少手术时间、降低术中患者出血量、缩短患者住院时间，同时对提高护理满意度具有重要意义，值得临床推广运用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of ovarian cyst operation.Methods From January 2016 to July 2017,60 cases patients of ovarian cysts treated by operation in our hospital were selected as the subjects.According to the different nursing methods,all the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine gynecological nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The operation time,blood loss,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The operation time of the observation group ([74.77±27.56] min) was shorter than the control group ([102.5±45.76] min),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The blood loss of the observation group ([52.67±42.38] ml) was less than that of the control group ([78.83±49.53] ml),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group ([4.07±0.73] d) was shorter than the control group ([5.70±1.22] d),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group (93.33%) was higher than the control group (73.33%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding in patients during operation,and shorten patient′s hospitalization time.At the same time,it is important to improve the satisfaction degree of nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
