Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds (CMBs).Methods 30 CMBs patients admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were provided with SWI and regular sequence scannings (T1WI,FLAIR,and T2WI),and the scanning outcomes were compared.Results The detection rate of CMBs by SWI was 96.67%,which was higher than that by T1WI,FLAIR,and T2WI (10.00%,56.67% and 16.67%),with statistical differences (P<0.05).The low signal rate of SWI in CMBs was higher than that by regular sequences of T1WI,FLAIR,and T2WI,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Application value of SWI in the diagnosis of CMBs is remarkable,and provides a strong evidence for determining the therapeutic regimen in clinic in order to promote the balance of cerebral blood supply as well as body recovery.
