Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the influence of special nursing intervention on the sleep quality of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods96 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease who were cleary diagnosed in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was carried out,and special nursing intervention was performed in the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The optimal rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionSpecial nursing intervention can be achieved in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease,which can improve the quality of sleep and improve the therapeutic effect.
