Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of general practitioner team intervention on the management of diabetic patients in the community.MethodsFrom March 2015 to December 2016,94 patients with diabetes in our center were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group by random number tables method,47 cases in each group.In the control group,the traditional diabetes community management mode was used,while in the observation group,general practitioner team intervention was provided.The quality of life and diabetic control in the two groups were observed and compared.ResultsIn the observation group,the scores of psychological function,physiologicalfunction,spiritualballast,socialfunction,and surroundings in QOL-100 scale were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognition on diabetes and its complications,livinghabit,treatment,survial skills,therapeutic goal,and knowledge structure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionGeneral practitioner team intervention mode plays an important role in the management of community diabetes patients,can effectively improve the quality of life and physical function of patients,maintain the stability of patients,which is worthy of wide promotion.
