Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence analysis of trace element detection of child care on child care. Methods 600 children examined in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as objects and they were randomly divided into experimental group (310 children aged 1-2 years,160 boys and 150 girls) and control group (290 children ager >2-3 years,150 boys and 140 girls) according to their age.Peripheral blood (ring finger) was taken from the all 600 children and the level of trace element were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry and the results were recorded in detail. The level of trace elements were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of iron deficiency (71.94%) and the incidence of zinc deficiency (79.03%) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (50.34%,42.07%) (P<0.05).The iron level [(6.60±0.55) μmol/L] and zinc level [(68.30±7.20) μmol/L] in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(7.90±0.20),and (76.05±9.78) μmol/L] (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of trace elements in children′s health care can help to fully understand the level of trace element in children, and guide to timely supply imbalanced elements according to the scientific test results, which can promote the healthy growth of children.
