Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical application value of detection islet cell antibodies,anti-insulin antibodies and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibodies in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods 230 cases of clinical diabetes mellitus patients admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were selected as the study subjects.The indexes of islet cell antibodies,anti-insulin antibodies and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibodies were detected.The T1DM group and T2DM group were divided according to antibody negative/positive classification,the FBG,INS and CP concentrations of two groups were observed.Results The positive rate of islet cell antibodies,anti-insulin antibodies and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibodies of patients in T1DM group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The INS concentrations of islet cell antibodies,anti-insulin antibodies and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibodies of positive group and negative group were compared,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the indexes of FBG and CP of islet cell antibodies,anti-insulin antibodies and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibodies of positive group and negative group were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion For diabetes mellitus patients,the detection of insulin autoantibodies have great guiding significance in the early diagnosis,typing and treatment.
